🍗 Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs – Sticky, Savory & So Easy!

These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are juicy, sticky, sweet, and packed with savory flavor. Pan-seared to perfection and coated in a glossy garlic-honey sauce, they make the perfect weeknight dinner with minimal ingredients and max satisfaction!


✅ Ingredients:

  • 4–6 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on or skinless)
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic, soy sauce, honey, vinegar, and chili flakes. Let it simmer until thickened (about 2–3 minutes).
  4. Return chicken to the pan and coat in the sauce.
  5. Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with rice or veggies!
