✅ Ingredients:
- 4–6 boneless chicken thighs (skin-on or skinless)
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or rice vinegar)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
🥄 Instructions:

- Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
