✅ Ingredients:
- 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 6 large eggs
- 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
- 6 slices cheddar cheese (or shredded cheese)
- 2 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for eggs)
- 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley
- Salt & pepper to taste
🥄 Instructions:

- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Scramble the eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with butter until just set.
- Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
- Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Cover with top half of rolls.
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the top.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
