🥓 Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sliders – Easy, Cheesy & Crowd-Pleasing!

Start your morning the delicious way with these Bacon Egg & Cheese Breakfast Sliders! Soft Hawaiian rolls filled with fluffy scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, then brushed with a buttery glaze and baked until golden. Perfect for meal prep, brunch, or lazy weekends.


✅ Ingredients:

  • 12 Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 6 large eggs
  • 6 slices of cooked bacon, chopped
  • 6 slices cheddar cheese (or shredded cheese)
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter (for eggs)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp dried parsley
  • Salt & pepper to taste

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Scramble the eggs: In a bowl, whisk eggs with milk, salt, and pepper. Cook in a skillet with butter until just set.
  3. Slice the rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom half in a baking dish.
  4. Layer with scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese. Cover with top half of rolls.
  5. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and parsley, then brush over the top.
  6. Bake for 10–12 minutes until the tops are golden and cheese is melted.
  7. Slice and serve warm!
