They’re like mini pizza rolls with a fancy twist—and they take less than 30 minutes from start to finish!
These rolls are perfect for parties, game days, or a fun family snack. Best of all, you only need a few ingredients and minimal prep time.
📝 Ingredients:
- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough (8-count)
- 24–32 slices of pepperoni
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella or 8 mozzarella sticks (cut in half)
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning
- Optional: marinara sauce for dipping

👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven:
Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Prepare the dough:
Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles along the perforated lines.
3. Fill with goodness:
Place 3–4 pepperoni slices on the wide end of each triangle. Add a spoonful of shredded mozzarella or half a mozzarella stick on top.
4. Roll it up:
Starting from the wide end, gently roll each triangle toward the narrow point to form a croissant shape. Pinch the edges slightly to seal in the cheese.
5. Brush and season:
Mix the melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Brush each roll generously with this mixture.
6. Bake to golden perfection:
Bake for 12–14 minutes, or until the croissants are puffed and golden brown. Cheese may ooze slightly—that’s okay!
7. Serve warm:
Enjoy them on their own or with a side of warm marinara sauce for dipping. They’re best served hot and fresh!
