🍗 Ingredients:

  • 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • Juice of 1 lemon (plus extra slices for garnish)
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Season the Chicken: Pat dry the chicken and season both sides with salt, pepper, and paprika.
