Creamy Tuscan Chicken – One-Pan Comfort Food Delight!

🍗 Ingredients:

  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (drained and chopped)

🥣 Instructions:

Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.

Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.

Add heavy cream, Parmesan, and Italian seasoning. Stir until creamy and smooth.

Toss in spinach and sun-dried tomatoes. Let simmer until spinach wilts.

Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Let simmer 2–3 minutes more.
