- 2 salmon fillets
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Optional garnish: sesame seeds and green onions

🥣 Instructions:
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with rice or steamed veggies.
Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, and lemon juice.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sear salmon for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over salmon and cook another 1–2 minutes, spooning sauce over fillets until glazed and thickened.
