  • 250g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes (adjust to taste)

  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
