For the beef:

  • 500g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the slaw:

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of salt

Extras:

  • 6 small corn or flour tortillas
  • Chopped cilantro (optional)
  • Lime wedges for serving

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Add onion and cook until soft. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
