Ingredients:
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-size pieces
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds for garnish
👩🍳 Instructions:
- Prep the Chicken:
Toss chicken pieces with cornstarch, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Sear:
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through (about 6–8 minutes).
- Make the Sauce:
In a bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, sriracha, and rice vinegar.
- Coat & Simmer:
Pour the sauce over the cooked chicken. Lower heat and simmer until thick and sticky (4–5 minutes), stirring frequently.
- Garnish & Serve:
Top with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. Serve with rice or noodles.
