Airfryer Avocado Fries

Introduction

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the avocados into thick wedges.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Arrange the avocado fries in the airfryer basket, and lightly spray with olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with a tangy dipping sauce, like ranch or spicy sriracha mayo.
