Classic comfort food at its best! This creamy beef stroganoff is made with tender strips of beef, fresh mushrooms, and a rich sour cream sauce. It’s a satisfying dinner that comes together in just 30 minutes — perfect over egg noodles or rice!

📝 Ingredients
- 500g beef sirloin, sliced thinly
- 1 onion, chopped
- 250g mushrooms, sliced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 cup beef broth
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Cooked egg noodles or rice for serving

👨🍳 Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté onions and garlic until translucent.
- Add mushrooms and cook until soft. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, cook beef strips until browned. Return mushrooms and onion to the pan.
- Sprinkle flour, stir well, then pour in beef broth. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Stir in sour cream and mustard. Adjust salt and pepper. Simmer 2–3 minutes more.
- Serve hot over egg noodles or rice. Garnish with chopped parsley.
