Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, sliced into strips
- 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 400g fettuccine or penne pasta
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley, and serve hot.
Cook pasta according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Season chicken strips with Cajun seasoning.
