4 salmon fillets (skinless or skin-on, ~150g each)
Salt and black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp unsalted butter
6 garlic cloves (minced)
1 small yellow onion (chopped)
1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
3 cups fresh spinach
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
Fresh parsley (for garnish)
👨‍🍳 Instructions:
Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets and sear 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
