Creamy Garlic Parmesan Orzo – One-Pot Comfort in 20 Minutes!

✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 cup dry orzo pasta
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup heavy cream (or milk for lighter version)
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the orzo and toast for 2 minutes.
  3. Pour in the broth and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 8–10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Once orzo is tender and most liquid is absorbed, stir in Parmesan and cream.
