- 300g fettuccine or spaghetti
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley and chili flakes for garnish

👨🍳 Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water and drain.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
- Add flour and whisk for 30 seconds to form a roux.
