- 4 garlic cloves, minced

- Seasoning
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Sauce & finishing
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken
Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and paprika. - Sear the chicken
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside. - Make garlic butter sauce
In the same pan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant. - Add liquid
Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice, stirring to combine. - Combine
Return the chicken to the pan and spoon the sauce over it. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes. - Finish and serve
