  • 2 large chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh spinach
