
Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) sirloin steak, cut into bite-size cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 medium potatoes, diced small
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

🥣 Instructions:
Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes, season with paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until crispy and golden (about 10–12 mins). Remove and set aside.
In the same pan, melt butter. Add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
Add steak bites in a single layer. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
Return potatoes to the pan. Toss everything together for 1–2 minutes.
