Grilled Balsamic Chicken

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 garlic cloves, minced

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Make the Marinade: In a small bowl, whisk together the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, honey, oregano, salt, and pepper.
