Ingredients
For the Dough
- 1 cup high-protein flour (or all-purpose flour)
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp salt
For the Filling
- ½ cup low-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
- ½ cup turkey pepperoni (or regular pepperoni)
- ¼ cup pizza sauce
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
For the Topping
- 1 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian herbs
- 1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
Directions
1. Prepare the dough
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a soft dough forms. Knead the dough lightly for about 1–2 minutes until smooth.

2. Roll out the dough
Place the dough on a lightly floured surface and roll it into a thin rectangle. Aim for about ¼-inch thickness so the rolls bake evenly and stay soft inside.

3. Add the filling
Spread the pizza sauce evenly across the dough, leaving a small border around the edges. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top, then distribute the pepperoni slices evenly. Finish by adding the Italian seasoning.

4. Roll the pizza log
Starting from one side, carefully roll the dough tightly into a long log, similar to making cinnamon rolls. Press the seam gently to seal.

5. Slice the rolls
Using a sharp knife, cut the log into 8–10 equal pieces. Arrange them cut-side up on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

6. Add the topping
Brush the tops with olive oil or melted butter. Sprinkle garlic powder, Italian herbs, and Parmesan cheese over the rolls for extra flavor.

7. Bake
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the pizza rolls for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese inside is melted.

8. Serve
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
