These Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs are sweet, savory, and perfectly sticky! Made in one pan with a simple glaze, this recipe turns everyday ingredients into a flavor-packed weeknight dinner the whole family will love.


📝 Ingredients

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Pat chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear chicken thighs skin-side down until golden and crispy (about 5–7 mins), then flip and cook another 5 minutes.
  3. Remove chicken and discard excess fat, leaving 1 tbsp in pan.
  4. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, vinegar, and chili flakes. Simmer 2 minutes.
  5. Return chicken to pan and spoon sauce over top. Cover and simmer on low for 10–15 minutes until fully cooked and glazed.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve hot!
