This Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry is a quick and flavorful dish that’s perfect for busy weeknights. Tender shrimp are tossed in a sticky-sweet honey garlic sauce, paired with fresh vegetables for a wholesome, satisfying meal in under 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar (optional)
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp, season lightly with salt, and cook until pink, about 2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, add bell pepper, broccoli, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until slightly tender but still crisp.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar. Bring to a simmer.
- Add the cornstarch mixture, stirring until the sauce thickens.
- Return shrimp to the pan and toss until coated in the sauce.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
