
🌮 Ingredients:
For the shrimp:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Juice of 1 lime
For the slaw:
- 2 cups shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt or sour cream
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
- Salt to taste
Extras:
- Small corn or flour tortillas
- Extra lime wedges
- Avocado slices (optional)

🥣 Instructions:
Serve immediately while warm and zesty!
In a bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, chili powder, paprika, cayenne, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through.
In another bowl, mix slaw ingredients until creamy and well coated.
Warm tortillas slightly, then assemble tacos: slaw first, then shrimp, and top with avocado/lime if desired.
