  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions for Sticky Toffee Pudding

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and grease a baking dish.

Place the chopped dates in a bowl and pour over boiling water. Add baking soda and let sit for 10 minutes until softened.

Mash the dates lightly to create a thick mixture.
