Instructions

Start by preheating your oven to 180°C (350°F) and lining a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. In a separate large bowl, cream the softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the egg and vanilla extract, mixing until fully combined.
