- 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: green onions or chives for garnish
🥄 Instructions:

- Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and return to pot.
