🥔 Cheesy Garlic Mashed Potato Casserole – Creamy, Crispy & So Addictive!

✅ Ingredients:

  • 6 large russet potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: green onions or chives for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Boil the potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and return to pot.
  2. Add butter, sour cream, cream cheese, milk, and garlic. Mash until creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in 1 cup of cheddar cheese.
  4. Transfer to a greased baking dish and top with the remaining cheese.
  5. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 20–25 minutes until golden and bubbly.
  6. Garnish with green onions or chives and serve warm!
