Social media strikes again—with one of the most delicious mashups yet. Big Mac Smash Tacos are the viral food trend that combines everything you love about a classic Big Mac, packed into a crispy taco shell. It’s fast food meets street food, and the result is bold, cheesy, and totally irresistible.
These tacos take the iconic flavors of a Big Mac—seasoned beef, cheese, pickles, lettuce, and that tangy secret sauce—and fuse them with a tortilla cooked smashburger-style in a skillet. Quick to make and fun to eat, they’re perfect for parties, game nights, or when you’re craving something a little outrageous (but easy!).
Ingredients:
- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 small flour tortillas
- 6 slices American cheese
- ½ cup shredded lettuce
- ¼ cup diced onions
- ¼ cup sliced pickles
For the Big Mac sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
- Make the Big Mac Sauce
In a small bowl, mix all sauce ingredients until smooth. Set aside in the fridge. - Prep the Beef
Form the ground beef into 6 thin balls (smashburger style). Season lightly with salt and pepper. - Smash and Cook
Heat a skillet over medium-high. Place a tortilla in the skillet, then top with a beef ball. Smash it flat into the tortilla. Cook for 3–4 minutes, flip, and press down again. Add a slice of cheese on top. Cook until beef is browned and cheese melted. - Assemble the Taco
Remove from skillet and top each taco with shredded lettuce, diced onion, pickles, and a generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce.
These Big Mac Smash Tacos are everything you love about a burger—but way more fun to eat. Once you try one, you’ll never look at tacos or burgers the same way again!
