Ingredients

  • 1 large watermelon
  • 1/2 cup fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the airfryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cut the watermelon into thick, round slices (about 1-inch thick). You should get around 4-5 slices depending on the size of the melon.
  3. Arrange the watermelon slices in the airfryer basket, ensuring they don’t overlap.
  4. Air fry for 3-4 minutes, just enough to slightly warm the watermelon and give the cheese a chance to melt. (You can skip this step if you prefer it chilled!)
  5. Once the watermelon slices are done, top each one with fresh mozzarella, feta cheese, and fresh basil leaves.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze, honey, and add any additional fruits for a colorful touch.
  7. Serve immediately as a fun and refreshing appetizer!
