🍗 Ingredients:
- 6 boneless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha (or to taste)
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Chopped green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)
🥣 Instructions:
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken thighs in the baking dish. Pour the marinade over them, turning to coat evenly.
- Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, occasionally basting with sauce.
- For caramelized tops, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
