Spicy Honey Garlic Chicken Thighs – A Sticky, Flavor-Packed Dinner!

🍗 Ingredients:

  • 6 boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (or to taste)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Chopped green onions & sesame seeds (for garnish)

🥣 Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, olive oil, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Place chicken thighs in the baking dish. Pour the marinade over them, turning to coat evenly.
  4. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, occasionally basting with sauce.
  5. For caramelized tops, broil for an extra 2–3 minutes.
  6. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds. Serve with rice or roasted vegetables.
