Steak Bites with Garlic Butter and Fries

📝 Ingredients

  • 500g (1 lb) sirloin or ribeye steak, cut into bite-size cubes
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • Frozen or homemade fries
  • Fresh chopped parsley (optional garnish)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Cook fries according to package directions or air fry until crispy.
  2. Season steak cubes with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat. Add steak bites in batches and sear 2–3 minutes per side.
