📝 Ingredients

  • 2 large chicken breasts, halved horizontally
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken 4–5 mins per side until golden. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic for 1 minute.
  4. Add cream and Parmesan. Stir and let simmer until thickened (about 3–4 minutes).
  5. Return chicken to skillet and coat with sauce. Let simmer 2–3 mins more.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve hot!
