- 450g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
For the honey garlic sauce:
- ยผ cup honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
