Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Lemon slices & parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season Salmon:
    Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Make Glaze:
    In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and lemon juice.
  3. Cook Salmon:
    Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Add Glaze:
    Pour glaze into skillet, spooning over salmon until thickened and sticky, about 2 minutes.
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with lemon slices and parsley. Serve with rice, steamed veggies, or salad.
