Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts, halved lengthwise
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Prepare Chicken: Season chicken with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Cook Chicken: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
Make Sauce: In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Stir in chicken broth and heavy cream, bringing to a gentle simmer.
Add Cheese: Stir in parmesan until melted and sauce thickens.
Combine: Return chicken to skillet, coat with sauce, and simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve with pasta, rice, or vegetables.
