Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
  • Lemon wedges (for serving)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Season Salmon:
    Pat salmon dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Sear Salmon:
    Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove from pan.
  3. Make Glaze:
    In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Add honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 1–2 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Coat Salmon:
    Return salmon to skillet, spoon glaze over, and cook for another 1 minute.
  5. Serve:
    Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
