Ingredients
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, sliced thin
- 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)
- Cooked rice or noodles, for serving

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and sesame oil. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the shrimp and cook for about 2 minutes on each side until pink and opaque. Remove shrimp and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add broccoli, bell pepper, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Return shrimp to the skillet, pour in the honey garlic sauce, and stir well to coat.
- If you prefer a thicker sauce, stir in the cornstarch slurry and cook for another minute until thickened.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles.
