Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon

Introduction
This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is a restaurant-quality dish you can make in just 20 minutes. The salmon fillets are pan-seared to perfection, then coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce that pairs beautifully with rice, vegetables, or pasta.

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets (about 170g each)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
  5. Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
  6. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
