Introduction
This Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon is a restaurant-quality dish you can make in just 20 minutes. The salmon fillets are pan-seared to perfection, then coated in a sweet and savory honey garlic sauce that pairs beautifully with rice, vegetables, or pasta.
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (about 170g each)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water
- Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add salmon fillets, skin-side down, and sear for 4–5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3–4 minutes until fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and water. Simmer until slightly thickened, about 2–3 minutes.
- Return salmon to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
