Creamy Tuscan Chicken

Introduction
This Creamy Tuscan Chicken is rich, flavorful, and perfect for a comforting dinner. Tender chicken breasts are cooked in a creamy garlic Parmesan sauce with sun-dried tomatoes and spinach, making it a dish that feels indulgent yet simple enough for a weeknight.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken and cook for 5–6 minutes per side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté garlic for 1 minute. Add sun-dried tomatoes and cook for another minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning until the sauce thickens slightly.
  5. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the creamy sauce.
  7. Serve hot with pasta, rice, or crusty bread.
