Pistachio Tiramisu

With pistachio trending everywhere in 2025, desserts like Pistachio Tiramisu are blowing up on Pinterest. This twist on the Italian classic layers pistachio cream, mascarpone, espresso-soaked ladyfingers, and crushed pistachios for a decadent, photogenic dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack ladyfinger biscuits
  • 1 cup espresso, cooled
  • 250 g mascarpone cheese
  • ½ cup pistachio cream or spread
  • ¼ cup crushed pistachios
  • 2 tbsp sugar

Instructions:

  1. Dip ladyfingers quickly in espresso, layer in dish.
  2. Mix mascarpone, pistachio cream, and sugar; spread over.
  3. Repeat layers, finishing with cream and crushed pistachios.
  4. Chill 4 hours before serving.
