Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs – Juicy, Sticky & Full of Flavor!

These Baked BBQ Chicken Thighs are sweet, smoky, and tender with caramelized edges. Perfect for a weeknight dinner or weekend meal prep — easy to make and absolutely irresistible.


✅ Ingredients:

  • 6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce (your favorite brand or homemade)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with foil and lightly grease it.
  2. Pat chicken thighs dry. Rub with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place on baking sheet skin-side up and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Brush with BBQ sauce and bake another 10–15 minutes until cooked through and caramelized.
  5. Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness (optional).
  6. Rest 5 minutes before serving. Garnish and enjoy!
