Ingredients:
- 1.5 kg potatoes (peeled and cubed)
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled)
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan
- 2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Boil potatoes and garlic in salted water until fork-tender. Drain well.
- Mash with butter, sour cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Stir in half of the cheddar cheese and all the parmesan.
- Transfer to a baking dish, sprinkle remaining cheddar on top.
- Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 15–20 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Garnish with chopped chives and serve hot!
