These Cheesy Parmesan Mozzarella Bites are a cheesy lover’s dream, offering a crispy golden exterior with a stretchy, savory center. They’re perfect for parties, game days, or even as a satisfying snack any time of the day. Pair them with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip for an extra burst of flavor.

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese block, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions:

  1. Prepare a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with whisked eggs, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Dip each mozzarella cube into the flour, ensuring it’s fully coated.
  3. Next, dip it into the egg mixture, then roll it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  4. For an extra crispy bite, repeat the egg and breadcrumb coating one more time.
  5. Place the coated mozzarella bites on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 30 minutes to prevent melting during frying.
  6. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F (175°C). Fry the mozzarella bites in batches for about 1-2 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
