Ingredients:
- 300g raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
- 2 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- Salt & pepper
- 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
👨🍳 Instructions:
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
- Add shrimp, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
- Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.
- Serve shrimp over a bowl of warm rice. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon if desired.
