Ingredients:

  • 300g raw shrimp (peeled & deveined)
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  3. Add shrimp, paprika, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2–3 minutes per side or until pink and cooked through.
  4. Squeeze in lemon juice and stir.
  5. Serve shrimp over a bowl of warm rice. Garnish with fresh parsley and extra lemon if desired.
