🧄 Ingredients:

For the garlic bread bowls:

  • 4 small round bread rolls (or mini sourdough boules)
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley (optional)

For the spaghetti filling:

  • 6 oz spaghetti noodles
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1½ cups marinara or pasta sauce
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

🍽 Instructions:

  1. Prepare the bread bowls:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut the tops off the bread rolls and hollow out the center, leaving about ½ inch of bread around the edges.
Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, and parmesan. Brush inside and outside of the bread bowls.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until lightly golden and crisp.
  2. Cook the spaghetti:
Boil spaghetti until al dente. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté onion and garlic until soft. Add marinara sauce, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5–7 minutes.
Add cooked spaghetti to the sauce, then mix in mozzarella and parmesan until melty and coated.
  3. Assemble the bowls:
Fill each toasted bread bowl with cheesy spaghetti. Sprinkle with extra cheese on top.
  4. Final bake:
Return filled bowls to the oven for 5–7 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden on top.
  5. Garnish and serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot. Grab a fork—or just go in with your hands!

Pro Tip: Want to level it up? Add cooked meatballs or sautéed mushrooms to the spaghetti before filling the bowls.

These Spaghetti Garlic Bread Bowls are not just fun to eat—they’re also incredibly filling, flavorful, and a guaranteed crowd-pleaser.
