Fast, flavorful, and healthier than takeout — this Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry brings sweet and savory flavor to your table in under 20 minutes. Tender shrimp coated in a sticky honey garlic glaze, tossed with vibrant stir-fried veggies, and served over rice or noodles.

🧾 Ingredients:

  • 450g raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

For the honey garlic sauce:

  • ¼ cup honey
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (optional, for thickening)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Set aside.
  2. In a large skillet or wok, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
  4. In the same pan, stir-fry the veggies for 4–5 minutes until just tender.
  5. Return shrimp to the pan and pour in the sauce. Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
  6. (Optional) Mix cornstarch and water, then stir in to thicken sauce.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve over rice or noodles.
