Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry – Sweet, Savory & Ready in 20 Minutes!

This quick and easy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry is perfect for weeknights! Juicy shrimp tossed in a sweet and garlicky sauce with crisp veggies — served over rice or noodles for a better-than-takeout dinner at home.


✅ Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, thinly sliced
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)

For the sauce:

  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for slurry)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, stir fry broccoli, pepper, and carrot until slightly tender (about 4–5 minutes).
  4. Return shrimp to pan. Add sauce and cook 2 minutes.
  5. Stir in cornstarch slurry and cook 1–2 more minutes until thickened.
  6. Top with green onions and serve hot over rice or noodles.
