This quick and easy Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir Fry is perfect for weeknights! Juicy shrimp tossed in a sweet and garlicky sauce with crisp veggies — served over rice or noodles for a better-than-takeout dinner at home.
✅ Ingredients:
- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Cooked rice or noodles (for serving)
For the sauce:
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water (for slurry)

🥄 Instructions:
- In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, and garlic. Set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook 1–2 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir fry broccoli, pepper, and carrot until slightly tender (about 4–5 minutes).
