Jennifer Garner’s Viral Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¾ cup shredded wheat, crushed
  • ¼ cup shredded coconut
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup sugar
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup melted butter or oil (adjust by recipe)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix sugar with lemon zest and vanilla by hand to extract full aroma and flavor.
  3. Add rolled oats, crushed shredded wheat, coconut, and chocolate chips—mix thoroughly.
  4. Stir in melted butter or oil to bind. If needed, add a splash of milk or water for desired consistency.
  5. Scoop into cookie balls on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 10–12 minutes, until edges are golden and centers slightly soft.
  7. Let cool briefly before serving—cookies firm up as they rest.
