Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 pound thinly sliced ribeye steak (or shaved beef)
- 1/2 onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Other Ingredients:
- 1 tube refrigerated pizza dough (or homemade dough)
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded provolone or cheddar
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Optional: marinara or cheese sauce for dipping

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cook the filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onions and peppers until softened. Add sliced steak, season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until beef is browned. Set aside to cool slightly.
- Roll out dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. Cut into 4–6 equal strips (depending on desired size).
- Add filling: On each strip, layer a spoonful of steak mixture and a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and provolone.
- Fold and seal: Fold dough over the filling and pinch edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
- Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
- Serve warm with dipping sauce of choice!
Tip:
Want to level it up? Add a little garlic butter on top after baking, or swap in spicy peppers for extra kick.
