Ingredients:
- 500g boneless chicken breast (cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp chili flakes or hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Green onions (chopped, for garnish)
👨🍳 Instructions:
- Toss chicken pieces in cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, combine soy sauce, honey, garlic, chili flakes, and vinegar. Simmer until slightly thickened.
- Return chicken to the skillet, coat in sauce, and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve with rice or noodles.
